Albasol Suspension 10ml

Description: Albasol Suspension is a medication containing albendazole, which is classified as a broad-spectrum anthelmintic. It is primarily used as a dewormer to eliminate various parasites, including Pin-worms, Whip-worms, Ascaris Lumbricoides, Hookworms, and Tapeworms. Usage: For individuals over 2 years of age, the recommended dosage is 400mg of Albasol Suspension taken all at once for the treatment of pin-worms, whip-worms, hookworms, and ascaris lumbricoides. In the case of strongyloidiasis and taeniasis, the recommended dosage is 400mg taken once daily for a duration of 3 days. Precautions: Albasol Suspension should not be taken by individuals with hypersensitivity to drugs in the benzimidazole class. Common side effects associated with this medication include gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, pruritus (itching), and nausea.
